Yes. While the Branded TruEstimate™ Report allows agents to customise the layout of the report, the following few core sections are mandatory and will always appear in the report:
- Property Details
- TruEstimate™ Value
- Cost to Buy
- Rental Yield
These sections cannot be hidden or repositioned.
All other supporting sections, such as Property Upgrades, Property History, Similar Transactions, Similar Listings Advertised, Listings by Agent, Agent’s Transaction, and Neighbourhood Insights, can be reordered or hidden using the Customize Panel, allowing agents to tailor the report based on the context of their client discussion.
