A Branded TruEstimate™ Report is a premium valuation report, available exclusively and free of charge to TruBroker™ Agents, that they can further share ahead with their clients.
In addition to everything included in a Standard TruEstimate™ report, the Branded Report offers deeper insights and personalisation, including:
- Section Customisation: Reorder or hide/unhide selected sections on the report.
- Custom Property Upgrades: Display renovations added by Agent, such as upgrade type, recency, and level, that impacts value.
- Listings by Agent: Showcase up to any of the 6 live sale or rental listings from the Agent’s own inventory - either manually selected by the Agent or auto-populated by Bayut.
- Neighbourhood Overview: Provide an overview of the community, lifestyle, and nearby amenities.
- Agency Branding: Include Agency name, logo, and a customisable header colour aligned with the Agency’s brand identity.
- Agent Branding: Display the Agent’s photo, badges (TruBroker™, Quality Lister, Responsive Broker), and lead call-to-action elements (for client engagement).
- Agent’s Transactions: Added by default to showcase the Agent’s claimed transactions and closed deals.
- Property Images: Add property-specific images to enhance the credibility and presentation of the report.
- Extended Price Trends: View extended price change trends of up to 2 years for deeper market context (Only for Sale Report; Rental Report is to show trends up to 1 year).
