What can I customise in a Branded TruEstimate™ Report?

As a TruBroker™ Agent, you can personalise your Branded TruEstimate™ Report using the Customise Panel within the report. The following elements can be customised:

  • Section layout: Reorder or hide sections to tailor the report’s layout and presentation.
    Mandatory sections such as, Property Details, TruEstimate™ Value, Cost Breakdown, and Rental Yield, cannot be hidden or reordered.
     
  • Agent’s Transactions: Displayed by default in the report to highlight your closed deals, but can be hidden if not relevant.
     
  • Theme colour: Choose from 8 gradient colour options to align the report header with your Agency’s branding.
     
  • Listings by Agent: Add up to 6 listings each for Sale and Rent, either auto-selected by Bayut or manually chosen from your inventory.
    This section is hidden by default and can be enabled from the Customise Panel or via its banner on report.
     
  • Custom Property Upgrades: Add upgrades to reflect their impact on property value, including:
    • Upgrade value
    • Upgrade level (Minor, Partial, Full)
    • Upgrade recency
    • Upgrade ownership (Previous or Current Owner)
    • Optional custom notes (up to 500 characters)

This section is hidden by default and can be added via the Customise Panel or report banner.

  • Property Images: Include up to 5 property images to enhance presentation.
    Images can be added directly from the banner on report or via the Customize panel.

Any changes must be saved to appear in the live report. Once saved, the edited version becomes the active version of the report, and anyone accessing it via a shared link will always see the latest saved version.
You can also reset the report to its original default state at any time.
