A property appears as Pending when you have not opened the email link that is sent after entering your property details.
You need to open the link in that email to finish adding the property to your Portfolio and view its value.
What you can do:
- Open the email from Bayut and tap the link to view your TruEstimate™ report.
- If you did not get the email, tap the Pending property and click Resend Email.
- Once you open the link, the property is added to your Portfolio.
Note:
Agents do not see a Pending state as their property is added immediately after confirming the details.
