How do I add a property to my Portfolio?

Here is how to add a property to your TruEstimate™ Portfolio:

1. Open the Bayut App, go to the TruEstimate™ section, and tap on the Portfolio tab.
2. Tap Add.
3. Enter any one of the following to input property details:
   • Title Deed number + year
   • Oqood number + year (for off-plan)
   • Unit details (Building name + Unit number)
   • DEWA premise number (9-digit)
4. Confirm the property details.
5. You will receive an email with a link to view your TruEstimate™ report. 
   To complete adding the property to your Portfolio, you must open this link.

Repeat the steps above to add multiple properties. 

You can also add a property to your Portfolio directly from a TruEstimate™ report you have already generated. 

Note: 

• You must be logged in to add properties to your Portfolio.
• Agents will be able to generate the TruEstimate™ report and add the property to the Portfolio immediately after confirming the property details.
