What is "First to Bayut" and how can I earn TruPoints™ from it?

What is ‘First to Bayut’ and how can I earn TruPoints™ from it?

A listing is designated as First to Bayut when it meets the following criteria:

  • It is the first listing added on Bayut with its Trakheesi Permit Number for a specific listing purpose (either for Sale or Rent) within the last 90 days. Sale and Rent listings are considered separately.
  • It is exclusive to Dubizzle group, meaning it has not appeared on any other portal for the same listing purpose (Sale or Rent) within the last 7 days by any agent from the same agency.

When a listing receives this designation, the agent is awarded 30 TruPoints™.

Examples:

Below are examples demonstrating how each condition works.

Exclusivity Check

AgencyExampleExclusive?Reasoning

Exclusive

There is no record of either listing appearing on any other portal for the same purpose from any agent in Agency A.
Two agents from the same agency post on Dubizzle group. Agent B (from Agency A) subsequently posts the listing for Rent on any other portal.

Non-Exclusive

None of the listings posted by Agency A are considered exclusive, as Agent B (who belongs to Agency A) broke the exclusivity by posting the listing on any other portal for the same purpose (Rent).
Agent A posts for Rent on Dubizzle group. Agent B (from Agency A) posts for Rent on any other portal.

Non-Exclusive

Non-Exclusive. Since a record exists of any other agent in the same agency (Agency A) posting the listing on any other portal for the same purpose, Agent A's listing is not considered exclusive.
A & BAgent A (from Agency A) and Agent B (from Agency B) both post the listing for Rent on Dubizzle group only.

Scenarios Showing Different Listing Purposes

ExampleExclusive?Reasoning
Agent from Agency A posts for Rent on dubizzle group. The same agent posts for Sale on PF.

Exclusive

The listing purpose on PF (Sale) is different from the purpose on dubizzle group (Rent). The exclusivity rule is purpose-specific.
Agent from Agency A posts for Sale on dubizzle group. The same agent posts for Rent on PF.

Exclusive

The listing purpose on PF (Rent) is different from the purpose on dubizzle group (Sale). The rule requires a match in purpose.
Agent A posts for Rent on dubizzle group. Agent B (also from Agency A) posts for Sale on PF.

Exclusive

Agent A's Rent listing is exclusive because no agent from Agency A posted the listing for the Rent purpose on PF. Agent B's Sale posting is irrelevant to the Rent listing's exclusivity.
Agent A posts for Rent on dubizzle group. Agent B (from Agency A) posts for Rent on PF.

Non-Exclusive

A different agent from the same agency (Agency A) has posted the listing for the same purpose (Rent) on PF within the 7-day window.

To keep in mind

  • Dubai only: First to Bayut applies exclusively to Dubai Agents due to reliance on the Trakheesi permit number.
