When will an agent receive a Quality Lister Badge ?

The Quality Lister badge recognises agents who publish authentic listings.

A listing is considered authentic if it is:

  • TruCheck™ activated, or
  • Government-compliant (e.g. green Trakheesi permit in Dubai, or ADREC/ADGM compliance in Abu Dhabi)

Dubai Eligibility Criteria

Agents will receive the Quality Lister badge if they add at least 4 listings in a month that meet one or both of the following criteria:

  • 4 unique TruCheck™ activations, or
  • 4 unique compliant listings (green Trakheesi permit status)

Abu Dhabi Eligibility Criteria:

Agents will receive the Quality Lister badge if they add at least 4 listings in a month that meet one or both of the following criteria:

  • 4 unique TruCheck™ activations
  • 4 unique compliant listings (ADREC/ADGM compliant)

Agents can also qualify with a combination of TruCheck™ activations and government-compliant listings. For example, 1 TruCheck™ activation and 3 compliant listings would qualify, as long as the 4 unique listing requirements are met.

Notes on Eligibility

TruCheck™ Activations

  • Can be done at any time during the month.
  • Only the first activation per listing per month counts.
  • Subsequent activations of the same listing in the same month will not be counted.
  • Unique reactivations of off-plan listings also count toward both the Quality Lister badge and TruPoints™.

Government Compliance

  • Only the first instance of compliance per listing per month is counted.
  • Subsequent reactivations of the same listing in the same month will not be counted.
  • If the listing is reactivated in a new month and is still compliant, it will count toward that new month.

What happens if my listing is both government-compliant and TruCheck™?

If a listing is both compliant and TruCheck™, we will only count one measure of compliance per listing.
