When will an agent receive a Responsive Broker Badge?

This badge aims to reward agents who are easily reachable, that is, have a high response rate. 

       Eligibility Criteria: 

      • Minimum 5 WhatsApp messages or phone call leads received in the given month.
      • An overall response rate of the above to be at least 70% at the end of the month.

Note: Only calls and WhatsApp messages sent during business hours (9 AM and 7 PM on weekdays) count towards the response rate calculation. Additionally, WhatsApp messages responded to within 8 hours will be considered.
