Eligibility Criteria:

- Completed Profile on Bayut
- Dubai Agents must have a valid BRN
- The agency must have either Call tracking or WhatsApp tracking enabled
- Each agent must have a minimum of 1 listing and a maximum of 70 listings
- Earn both the Responsive Broker and Quality Lister Badge in a month

Note:
Agents who do not meet all the criteria for the TruBroker™ badge can still earn the Responsive Broker and Quality Lister badges, as well as TruPoints™. However, Dubai agents without a valid BRN are only eligible to earn TruPoints™ and cannot receive any badges.
Agents from business centres are eligible to become TruBrokers; however, landlords and developers are not eligible to become TruBrokers.
