Yes, you can either re-access the already generated report via the link provided in your email or generate a new TruEstimate™ report for the same property at any time.
If you would like to see updated valuation figures — for example, if:
- The market has changed,
- You have upgraded the property, or
- You simply want the latest data
You can repeat the process to generate a new report using the same search method. There is no limit on how often you can do this.
Important to note: Regenerating a report does not always guarantee a change in value.
The valuation depends on the latest available transaction and listing data in the market.
If there has been no significant activity in your property's area, the new report may be identical to your previous one.
