No, you do not need to be logged in to use TruEstimate™ — but your experience will differ depending on whether you are an agent or a property seeker/investor, and whether you are logged in.
For Agents Logged in via Bayut or Profolio™):
- If you are logged in as a Bayut agent, you can:
- Access the full report immediately after confirming property details without entering any information.
- Agents will also receive the generated report’s link via email automatically after creation.
For Logged-out Property Owners, Buyers, Sellers, or Investors:
- You do not need to log in to generate a TruEstimate™ report, but you will be required to:
- Enter your name, email, phone number, and role (eg, Property Owner, Buyer, Agent) to get the report after confirming property details.
- You will receive a unique link via email to directly access and view your TruEstimate™ report.
If you do not fill in the required details, the report will remain locked and cannot be viewed.
