Why am I seeing a message saying a TruEstimate™ report cannot be generated?

In some cases, TruEstimate™ may not be able to generate a report for your property. This usually happens when there’s insufficient or no transaction data available for that specific property.

Common reasons why a report may not be available:

  • The property is newly constructed and has not yet had any sales or rental activity recorded.
  • The property has very limited historical or advertised data in the area.
  • The unit number, title deed, Oqood, Contract Number or DEWA number may not be recognised or may be incorrect.
  • The property is not a residential freehold unit or is located outside of Dubai (see next article for more).

If no data is found, you will see a message stating that a TruEstimate™ report cannot be generated at this time.  You can try again later or use a different search method to check if data becomes available.
