Refund requests can be made through the Credits Consumption Report available in Profolio.
To view and request refunds for eligible listings:

  • Navigate to the Credits Consumption Report.
  • Click on the Request Refund button.

You’ll be able to see detailed information for each eligible listing, including:

  • The listing’s primary image
  • The reference number
  • Any products applied (e.g., Signature, Hot)
  • The remaining duration at the time of deactivation
  • The refund amount you will receive
  • From there, you can proceed to request a refund for any qualifying listing.
