Refund requests can be made through the Credits Consumption Report available in Profolio.
To view and request refunds for eligible listings:
- Navigate to the Credits Consumption Report.
- Click on the Request Refund button.
You’ll be able to see detailed information for each eligible listing, including:
- The listing’s primary image
- The reference number
- Any products applied (e.g., Signature, Hot)
- The remaining duration at the time of deactivation
- The refund amount you will receive
- From there, you can proceed to request a refund for any qualifying listing.
