Agencies can get refund credits when a listing is deactivated before completing its full duration. This refund offering will also be extended to any products applied at time of deactivation.
Refunds are calculated based on:
- The number of unused days remaining on the listing or product
- A fixed minimum charge, which is deducted from the refund amount
- This feature is currently available to Bayut clients through Profolio
