Yes. Both the buyer agent and the seller agent can claim the same sale transaction, as long as they each provide the required supporting documents for their role.
- A transaction can be claimed once per role (one Buyer Agent + one Seller Agent).
- If the same agent acts as both buyer and seller broker, they can only submit one claim and will receive a maximum of 30 TruPoints™ for that transaction.
