What Documents are Required?

For Rental Transactions:

  • Ejari and Tenancy contract

  • One of the following:

    • Form A (agreement between owner and agency), or

    • NOC signed by owner and agency

  • Owner’s identity document:

    • Individuals: Passport or Emirates ID

    • Businesses: Trade License

For Sale Transactions:

  • Ownership proof:

    • Title Deed (resale, ready/off-plan)

    • SPA or Oqood (off-plan)

  • One of the following:

    • Form F (if bought from an individual), or

    • NOC (if bought from a developer)

  • Owner’s identity document:

    • Individuals: Passport or Emirates ID

    • Businesses: Trade License
