- Log in to Bayut as a Dubai-based agent.
- Visit the Dubai Transactions page.
Click on the "Claim Transactions" button to enter the Claim mode.
- Search for the transaction you want to claim and click on ‘Claim’.
- For a Sale transaction, select your role as either a buyer Agent or a Seller Agent.
- Upload the required documents.
Note: Your agent profile must be complete and approved before you can submit a claim.
Currently, claims are supported only for Dubai transactions listed on Bayut.
