How do Credit Top-Ups work with Wallets?

Admins can top-up credits directly to Agent Wallets if an agent does not have enough credits.

Click on Top-Up Credits
This will open the Top-Up Credits page where admins can buy more credits which will be added directly to the Agent Wallet.
