Admins can manage wallets and transfer credits between the Agency Wallet and Agent Wallets on the Manage Wallets page on Profolio™. The Manage Wallets page is only accessible to admins.
From this page, admins can use the dropdown menu in the ‘Assigned Wallet’ column to select the type of wallet for each agent.
