Why am I only receiving missed call alerts via email without any actual calls, despite having call tracking activated on my profile?

If the contact number has been updated on Profolio™ without informing the support team, calls will continue to be directed to the old number resulting in only email notifications being sent to the agent.

Note: Updating your contact number on Profolio™ does not update your call tracking number. Please send an email to support@bayut.com to update your call tracking details.
