What if the status of my Title Deed is restricted/blocked according to the DLD?

A key step when validating properties is verifying their status on the DLD website, if the status is restricted/blocked on DLD the verification request is rejected.

A property with a blocked status on DLD can be eligible for acquiring a Checked badge under these circumstances:

1. 1. The property is a rental listing
   2. Property has pending service charges
   3. Property has a payment plan
   4. Owner has investor visa 

In case the property does not fall into one of these categories, please contact the Dubai Land Department.
