Can I submit a Checked request without a Title Deed for a completed property?

The submission of a Checked request without a Title Deed is possible, as certain alternative documents can be used for validation. 

For your convenience, below is a list of the acceptable alternate documents:

1. Oqood certificate
2. Initial contract of sale 
3. Affection plan

The following mandatory documents need to be uploaded as well:

1. A marketing agreement, i.e., Form A or NOC
2. Owner's Emirates ID or passport

Upon submission, our team will review the documents provided, and upon successful verification, the Checked badge will be activated on your listing, signifying its authenticity and compliance with the specified requirements.
