With TruLeads™ enabled by default, Profolio™ leads reports now show high-intent leads only: phone views, WhatsApp views, and SMS leads are excluded from the default counts.
This means the numbers may appear lower than before, but they are a more accurate reflection of genuine enquiries. To see your total lead counts including views and SMS, simply disable the TruLeads™ toggle on any report.
