A lead is a TruLead™ when it is established that the enquirer made a deliberate effort to contact the agent.
The following lead types are classified as TruLeads™:
- Email Leads: All email enquiries are TruLeads™.
- Phone Calls: Connected, missed, and not connected calls are all TruLeads™. In each case, the enquirer’s number is captured and their effort to call the agent is established.
- WhatsApp Messages: All tracked WhatsApp messages sent to the agent are TruLeads™.
The following lead types are not classified as TruLeads™:
- Phone Views: The enquirer only viewed the agent’s phone number and it cannot be established whether they actually reached out.
- WhatsApp Views: The enquirer clicked on the WhatsApp option but sent no message.
- SMS Leads: It cannot be tracked whether an enquirer actually messaged the agent via SMS.
