Why do I need to add my card details to participate in the auction?

We place a temporary hold on your card for a certain amount as part of a security procedure. This is a standard process to confirm that your payment method is active and to ensure uninterrupted participation throughout the auction period.

  • No amount is charged at this stage.

  • The hold does not deduct funds from your account — it simply reserves the amount temporarily.

  • Once the auction ends and your payments are completed for any won Prime Slots, the hold is automatically released.

In the event of non-payment, the reserved amount may be charged. This helps us protect the integrity of the auction and prevent disruptions caused by failure to pay or invalid payments.
