Area Prime Slots are premium listing slots at the very top of Bayut’s search results. Agencies can bid for these slots through auctions or purchase them directly through Profolio™.
Each available Prime Slot is defined by a unique combination of:
- Purpose (Rent or Sale)
- Area ( e.g. Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai)
- Property Category (Residential or Commercial)
Each Area Prime Slot can be held by only one agency for one month or less and all their listings matching the Prime Slot’s attributes will then appear on a rotation basis (1 listing at a time).
