We have successfully created a new account, but we did not receive the email to set up the account with a password.

Please check that you used the correct email address while creating the account from Profolio™. 

The email will be sent to the new user’s email address. Check both the Inbox and spam/junk folders of the new user’s email account. If the email has not been received, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@bayut.com and our team will be more than happy to assist you.
