How do I create a new user in Profolio™?

New users can only be created from the agency admin’s or owner’s account. Follow one of the below methods to proceed.

1. Create a new user from the Users section of the Agency tools

Step 1: Click on the Users option under Agency tools.



Step 2: Click on the + Add New User option from the page.


2. Create a new user by clicking on the Add New User option from the Agency Tools





The above actions will take you to the next page where you will be asked to fill in the required details to create the agent’s account.

Once all the details are entered, click on 'Create User'. A verification code will be sent  to the admin via an email.






You will receive an email with the verification code similar to the one below. 




Once verified, the account will be created and the user will be visible in the Profolio™ Users section with the status “Invited”. 

Note: The user will not be able to log into the account during this stage as the final account setup still needs to be completed by the new user. 



Once the account is verified, the new user will receive an email  to complete the setup by setting an account password.

 

Once this step is successfully completed, the account status in the Profolio™ will change from Invited to Active.

Agencies with XML feed

Once Profolio™ consumes the XML feed and identifies new users, new user accounts will automatically be created in Profolio™ with an Invited status. The newly created users will receive an email to complete their account setup.

Once they click on the verification link, they will be directed to Profolio™ where they can set their account password and log in to the platform.
