Please be aware that only listings that adhere to our guidelines qualify for acquiring a Checked badge.
The basic guidelines that need to be met for the badge include:
- For completed projects: Upload real images that showcase the property. Please note that CGI Images are not allowed for completed projects
- For off-plan projects: Computer-generated images (CGI) are permitted
- Fill in appropriate information: Such as sublocation, bed count, bath count, and area size with the property listing
- Submit relevant documents: Title Deed/Oqood certificate/Affection plan/SPA (for off-plan listings only), valid NOC and Emirates ID or Passport
After evaluation if your request is declined an automated email notification will be sent to you with the rejection reason. The rejection reason will also be available on Profolio™ by hovering over the documents icon under the Manage Listings tab.
