Why has my TruCheck™ verification failed for a completed project?

TruCheck™ is a validation process designed to verify the authenticity and availability of properties listed on Bayut.com.

Failure to adhere to the TruCheck™ guidelines will lead to the rejection of your request. The fundamental guidelines are outlined below:

• Upload 1-5 images of the property that have been captured and uploaded directly at the property using the Profolio™ app

• Ensure that you follow the specific image guidelines as per the property type

1. 1. Apartments/Hotel Apartments: Include at least one clear picture from the outside with the main door open, showcasing both the unit number and a partial view of the interior. Supporting pictures should be taken from inside the property, matching the listing images on Bayut.com
   2. Villas/Townhouses: Provide at least one clear picture of the property from the inside.  Supporting pictures should display the exterior and interior of the property, aligning with the listing images on Bayut.com  
   3. Showrooms/Shops: Pictures should be taken from inside the property, and it is recommended that they match the listing images on Bayut.com
   4. Commercial/Residential Buildings: Include at least one clear picture of the building from the outside. Supporting pictures should showcase the exterior and interior of the property
   5. Business Centers/Offices: The pictures should display the office space number with the door open, revealing the inside of the office.
