- Go to the Dubai Transactions page and click on Claim Transactions.
All the admins and agency owners will be able to see the ‘Claim Transactions’ option.
- Click on the Claim button for the relevant transaction
- Select Claim for an agent (or claim for yourself)
- Choose the agent from your agency
- Upload the required documents
- Submit the claim
