What are the main sections in ProConnect™?

ProConnect™ is organized into five main sections, detailed below:

  1. See what the community is posting

This section contains posts shared by the entire network of agents on ProConnect™. As an agent, you will be able to see the posts published by all other agents.

You can also view your matched property listings against each community post.

A property is considered a matched property when it shares key attributes with the posted requirements, such as location, property purpose (sale or rent), completion status, property type, and number of bedrooms.

Sorting:

In this section, you will find the option to sort all the posts by:

  • Recency
  • Highest Matched Properties

Filters:

The following filters will be available to allow community agents to view posts of their choice.

  • Location
  • Property Purpose
  • Property Type
  • No. of beds and baths
  • Budget
  • Area
  • Completion Status

2. Share your requirement

In this section, agents can share their requirements in the ProConnect™ community by plugging in all required details in a post creation form after which they will see a post preview before the post can be published.

3. My Posts

In this section, an agent will only be able to view their own posts, whether active, or expired.

Active Posts include all posts currently visible to the network of agents on the Community Posts page.

Expired Posts include all those posts automatically expired by the system for being more than 30 days old. This rule has been set to keep the most relevant and up to date posts active on the platform.

4.Message Center

Community agents can use the Message Agent option to contact post authors directly and inquire about the requirements mentioned in their posts.

Post authors can view the number of inquiries received for each of their published posts.

By clicking on a specific post, users can access detailed information about the inquiries they have received. Selecting an individual inquiry will open a comprehensive view of the conversation with the agent.

5.Bookmarked Posts

Agents can save posts published by other agents through the use of the bookmark icon located on the top right of each post.
