Trakheesi is an online portal operated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The Trakheesi system was introduced to streamline and regulate various transactions and procedures in the real estate industry.
For property listings to go live on real estate portals such as Bayut, it is mandatory to have a valid Trakheesi permit.
To obtain a Trakheesi permit, you must register your real estate license under the Trakheesi system before applying for electronic (Trakheesi) permits.
