How can I TruCheck™ my off-plan property?

Off-plan properties are projects that are not yet complete. Currently, off-plan properties within Dubai are eligible for acquiring a TruCheck™ badge.

In order to acquire a TruCheck™ badge for your off-plan property please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Profolio™ account using your credentials to access the platform securely
2. Click on the Listings section and navigate to the Manage Listings tab from the dropdown
3. Click on the documents icon; the first icon appearing on the left-hand side tab of the desired listing
4. Upload the documents as per the guidelines on the upload page 
5. Click Submit once the documents have been uploaded

The required documents to be uploaded for acquiring a TruCheck™ badge are listed below:

1. Oqood or Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) along with an NOC from the developer to the seller allowing resale.
2. Marketing agreement between the seller and real estate agent, such as DLD Form A, Bayut Listing Validation Form, Agency In-House Agreement Form 
3. Emirates ID/passport copy of the seller
4. Payment plan of the property (optional)

Note: All listings for off-plan properties with a GREEN compliance status will be automatically marked as TruCheck™ on Bayut.
