How can I apply for a Checked badge to validate my property?

A Checked badge validates the authenticity of a property ensuring that it is genuine and you, as the agent have the necessary agreement with the Landlord/Owner to market and advertise it. 

To apply for the Checked badge, please follow the steps below on Profolio™:

  1. Log in to your Profolio™ account
  2. Navigate to the Listings section and click on the Manage Listings tab from the dropdown menu to access your listed properties
  3. Locate the listing for which you want to add the Checked badge
  4. Click on the Submit documents icon, which is the first icon displayed on the left-hand side tab of the selected listing
  5. Proceed to the Upload page, where you can upload the necessary documents 
  6. Once all the required documents have been uploaded click on the Submit button

Upon submission, our team will review the documents provided, and upon successful verification, the Checked badge will be activated on your listing, signifying its authenticity and compliance with the specified requirements.
