Is it possible to request a Checked badge using the Profolioᵀᴹ app?

The Profolio™ app now offers the option to obtain a Checked badge for your property.

If you intend to apply for a Checked badge through the Profolio™ app, kindly adhere to the following instructions:

1. Log in to the Profolio™ app using your credentials
2. Navigate to the Properties section located within the Options tab
3. Select the specific Unchecked property you wish to apply the badge to
4. Click the ‘Upload’ button situated at the lower right corner to access the document upload guidelines
5. Confirm your understanding by tapping Got It and proceed to upload the required documents (Passport, Title Deed, and Form A) in their respective tabs

Please take heed of the following guidelines to avoid document submission failure:

1. Confirm your documents/images are in the correct format (allowed file extensions: .jpg/.png/.jpeg/.pdf)
2. Ensure that your file size does not exceed 5MB
