I am unable to log into the Profolioᵀᴹ app. How can I fix this?

If you are facing an error upon login please try one of the below troubleshooting tips:

  1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Profolio™ app, if not then update the app and attempt to re-login
  2. Uninstall the app, re-install, and then attempt to re-login
  3. Clear your Profolio™ app's cache, you may find the option to clear the app's cache in your device settings (steps to locate app cache may differ based on your phone's model/OS)
