Certain leads can be seen on Profolio™ but why have I not received notifications on my phone?

Some leads may appear on Profolio™ without triggering notifications on your phone.

This occurrence can be attributed to the following reasons:

1. WhatsApp Drop-offs: If an end user clicks on the "WhatsApp" icon but does not send a message, no WhatsApp notification will be sent to your phone. 
2. Call/SMS Clicks: If an end user clicks on the "Call" or "SMS" option without taking any further action, a pop up notification will not be sent to your phone.
3. Not Connected Calls: If you have disabled notifications from your Profolio™ account for not connected calls, you may not receive notifications for such instances.

Please be aware that no notifications are sent for phone views, which means that a user has seen your phone number but has not dialed it.
