You might be unable to view your Listing Health or Listing Quality Score because it has been deactivated and/or rejected. Please activate or update the particular listing from your Profolio™ account to be able to view its listing health.
In case you are wondering why your listing has been rejected or the reason behind a low-quality score, you can view more information by hovering over the quality score on Profolio™, under the Manage Listings tab.
