Why am I receiving notifications for not connected calls?

Only agency accounts can disable notifications - this feature can be disabled by following the steps below:

1. Login to Profolio™
2. Click on Agency Tools in the right-hand corner
3. Click on the Settings tab
4. Scroll to the bottom to the Notifications Preferences section
5. Turn off the setting to disable SMS and Email notifications for not connected calls

Note: This will turn off the notifications for all the agents within the agency and only the main agency account will have access to disable this feature.
