To meet the minimum criteria for a complete agent profile make sure you have the following details filled out:
1. Name, Phone Number, Mobile Number and Country:
a. Complete Name: Enter your full name as it appears on official documents
b. Phone Number and Mobile Number: You can fill these from the Account Information tab. Please provide valid contact numbers. Please note that these numbers will not be displayed publicly
c. Country: Specify the country where you are located
2. A Description About Yourself:
The About Yourself section is an opportunity to build your personal brand. We recommend adding your areas of specialization, years of experience and reasons why property seekers should work with you.
Make sure to follow the guidelines listed below when filling out your About Yourself section.
3. Broker Registration Number (BRN):
Ensure that you have entered a valid BRN number as assigned by the RERA for your profile to be approved.
Note: BRN is mandatory for agents within Dubai.
4. Language, Specialty, and Area of Specialization:
Specify your language proficiency, specialty, and area of specialization in the appropriate fields. This information helps users identify the services you offer. Make sure to accurately represent your language skills and areas of expertise.
5. Profile Picture:
Your profile picture is an essential element of your agent profile. To increase the chances of approval, adhere to the following guidelines for the profile picture:
Background: Take the picture against a light coloured solid background without borders.
a. Backgrounds such as: white, off-white, or gray backgrounds
b. Selfie Images: Avoid using selfie images as profile pictures
c. Professional Picture: Select a professional-looking picture that represents you well
d. Image Quality: Ensure that the picture is of high quality (HD) and not pixelated
e. Watermarks: Do not include agency names or logos as watermarks on the picture
f. Contact Details: Make sure the picture does not contain any contact details
g. Black and White Images: Black and white images are acceptable if they meet the above-mentioned guidelines
